Information regarding the public takeover offer by Altor

On 11 May 2026, Snark BidCo AB (the “Offeror”), a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No.1) AB and Altor Fund V (No.2) AB, announced a public takeover offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle to sell all shares in Sleep Cycle to the Bidder at a price of SEK 24.50 in cash per share (the “Offer”).

‍On 18 June 2026, the Offeror announced the outcome of the Offer, that the offer price will not be increased, and that the acceptance period had been extended to 2 July 2026.For more information, please refer to the Offeror’s website relating to the Offer, http://building-for-wellness.com/.
